A different way begins with seeing the whole.

A Point Of View

To build. To lead. To grow.

Growth should not require you to choose between performance and people. Strategy should not ask you to set conviction aside. Technology should deepen human capacity, not diminish it.

I created SONAS360 for consequential moments: when you are bringing an idea to life, finding clarity in complexity, strengthening what already exists, or preparing something meaningful to grow.

Your work begins with the whole in view.

Perspective

Perspective Is The First Act Of Leadership.

Perspective shapes decisions. Decisions shape culture. Culture shapes legacy. Everything begins with how the world is seen.

Deep abiding joy is not the reward at the end of the journey. It is the strength carried through it. Joy grows where purpose, stewardship, community, and courageous action become aligned. Organizations flourish when people flourish. Communities flourish when organizations remember who they exist to serve.

The SONAS360 View

360 Is More Than A Complete Circle.

It is an invitation to see the whole picture: the partner, the employee, the family, the community, the future generation, and the legacy every decision creates.

Growth is strongest when no one is overlooked.

The SONAS360 Philosophy

Not Steps. Not Methodology. A Way Of seeing.

SONAS: See. Order. Nurture. Amplify. Steward. Each one carries concrete work, not sentiment.

See

Begin with what is true.

Listen closely enough to understand the people, customers, systems, market, and tension before deciding what should change. In practice: diagnostics, research, and executive listening.

Success is not the highest aim. Faithful stewardship is.

A Point Of View

What Is Held To Be True

  • Purposeshould shape strategy, not sit beside it.

  • Performanceand humanity belong together.

  • Clarityis often more valuable than complexity.

  • Technologyshould deepen human capacity, not diminish it.

  • Growthis worth pursuing when it strengthens what matters.

  • Leadershipleaves people and places stronger.

Joy is not the reward at the end of meaningful work.It can be part of how the work is done.

Why I Built SONAS360

Some Careers Are Measured By Titles. I Would Rather Measure Mine By The Communities It Strengthened.

Across Fortune 500 enterprises, global organizations, higher education, healthcare, nonprofits, and founder-led businesses, my work has stayed remarkably consistent: helping leaders carry meaningful transformation while keeping people at the center.

I have led global digital transformation, eCommerce, mergers and acquisitions integration, commercialization, AI strategy, customer experience, operational excellence, and organizational growth in complex environments. What mattered more was who it served: executives, entrepreneurs, educators, veterans, healthcare leaders, and mission-driven organizations building something meant to last.

One belief grounds all of it. Strategy and humanity belong together. Organizations flourish when people flourish. Communities flourish when leaders steward well. Joy is not separate from serious work; it is the strength that sustains it.

I created SONAS360 to serve servant leaders, people called to build, restore, grow, and leave a legacy that reaches far beyond themselves.

Who Sits Beside You

Names, not a bench.

When you invite SONAS360 into a consequential season, you deserve to know who will sit beside you.

I lead the work directly. Richard joins where his experience adds meaningful depth. Trusted specialists are assembled only when your work requires them.

No anonymous bench. No unnecessary layers. Just accountable people, clear responsibilities, and one integrated direction.

Deonn Baker

Founder

I founded SONAS360 because I believe serious work can be rigorous, deeply human, and filled with joy.

I bring global executive leadership across growth strategy, integrated marketing, eCommerce, innovation, customer experience, digital transformation, brand, data, and organizational alignment. I lead engagements directly and stay accountable from the evidence gathered through the decisions carried into execution.

My Christian faith is the source of my courage and my joy. It shapes how I show up: prepared, hopeful, candid, generous, and unwilling to leave people or organizations weaker than I found them.

I was part of the first class of women in The Citadel's Corps of Cadets, which taught me fearlessness, tenacity, and integrity, held together by boldness in Christ.

My family has a long tradition of service to the Nation, and it left me with patriotism, honor, manners, hospitality, and kindness. I am also a single momma, which is to say I am practiced at carrying weight and still finding the joy in the day. A little whiskey in a teacup, as the saying goes.

Richard Freeman

Steward of Growth

You get two people who have already worked through hard quarters together. Richard and I did global digital transformation, positioning, and brand through mergers at ScanSource and Milliken, so the candor and the working rhythm arrive on day one instead of getting built on your time.

He brings sound judgment, loyalty, calm, humanity, and a well-timed streak of sarcasm. Faith and fatherhood anchor him; he teaches youth Sunday school, serves where he is needed, and is happiest outdoors with his family, the lake, and the dog.

Additional Depth

Assembled Only Where Your Work Requires It

You work directly with me to see the whole system, name the few things that will move it, and carry clear decisions into execution. When the work requires added depth, I assemble trusted expertise around your needs while remaining accountable for the whole.

That depth comes from professors, operators, advisors, counsel, and former colleagues I have known and worked alongside for years, sometimes decades. Their expertise spans public relations and crisis management, leadership, governance, brand, sustainability, corporate and intellectual property law, data, research, and enterprise change.

No anonymous bench. No unnecessary layers. Clear responsibilities, one integrated direction, and expertise assembled around your work rather than sold by the seat.

The SONAS360 Leadership Covenant

Borrow my courage.

There will be moments when the room feels bigger than your voice. Moments when the idea matters, but fear arrives first. Moments when experience whispers, “Someone else is probably more qualified.” In those moments, borrow some courage. If I am in the room, there is enough courage for both of us.

Pull a chair up to the table. Put your elbows on it.

Speak the idea. Ask the question. Challenge the assumption. The room deserves to hear what has been entrusted to you.
