What Is Kept, And What Is Never Sold.

Trust is the first deliverable. This notice is written plainly, in the same voice as the rest of this book, so you can see exactly what is collected, why it is collected, how long it is held, and how to have it removed.

The short version: very little is collected, nothing is ever sold, and you may ask for all of it to be erased at any time.

  • What Is Collected, And Why

Two things, and nothing more. What you choose to enter in a form on this site, such as your name, your organization, and an email address, so someone can follow up. And the details a purchase requires, handled by Stripe, so an engagement can begin. Nothing is gathered from you quietly in the background, and no profile is built about you.

  • Information Is Never Sold

Information shared with SONAS360 is never sold, rented, traded, or shared for advertising, and it is never handed to a data broker. It is used only to answer you, to arrange a conversation, and to carry out work you have asked for.

  • Consent Is Yours To Give And Withdraw

An email address is used only for the purpose you offered it, and only for as long as you wish. Nothing is added to any list without your asking, and a request to stop is honored at once. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address below.

  • Cookies And Similar Storage

Only what is strictly necessary is used without asking: the small amount of local storage that keeps the page and the payment form working. Anything optional, such as remembering a language choice through the Google Translate widget, waits for your permission and is easy to refuse. There is no advertising or tracking technology on this site. Your choice can be changed at any time.

  • Who Else Is Involved

A small number of trusted providers process information on instruction only: Stripe for payments, Cal.com for scheduling, Google Translate for optional translation, and the hosting, database, and email services that run this site. Each is bound to use the information solely to provide its service. Information may be processed in the United States and elsewhere, under standard contractual clauses where transfers from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area are involved.

  • How Long Things Are Kept

Contact details you have offered are kept until you ask that they be removed, and no longer than twenty four months after the last exchange between us. Records tied to a purchase are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

  • Your Rights

Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and comparable laws you may ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for a correction, ask for erasure, ask that use be restricted, object to a use, withdraw consent, and receive your information in a portable form. There is no charge, and a reply is given within thirty days. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.

  • Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed at children under sixteen. No information is knowingly collected from them. If something has been shared in error, ask for its erasure and it will be removed.

  • Keeping Information Safe

Information travels encrypted, is stored on access controlled infrastructure, and is reachable only by trusted server side code, never by another visitor's browser. Card details never touch this site; they are entered directly with Stripe.

Changing Your Cookie Choice

Your cookie choice lives in your own browser and can be revisited whenever you wish. reopens the notice so you may accept, refuse, or change a category.

Asking About Your Information
